Timespan’s gallery will emulate a Grand Victorian Salon with works in gold frames lining the red walls, a Christmas tree with decorations, a fireplace and cosy seating. You can sell your work in this special atmosphere, and we will do the marketing for you. As participating Scottish Artist/Maker you will have the opportunity to be listed on our Northern Artist’s Community webmap, funded by Helmsdale Community Council. Furthermore, the Christmas Salon will be advertised regionally and nationally.
To create a unique atmosphere and to add a special touch we want to display your work in a golden frame. Help us by submitting it in a golden frame, otherwise we will place it on a golden background. Work has to be submitted in person or delivered to Timespan. Please submit work that is ready to be hung and clearly labelled at the back with name, address and price.
Your work will be ready for pick up from the second week of January 2013, and shall not be picked up later than the end of January 2013. Charges apply if you wish your work to be returned by courier. While in the gallery your work is insured, but we can’t take responsibility for your work in transit.
If you have any questions please contact director@timespan.org.uk or phone 01431 821 327. On request we can arrange pick-up/return points in your region.
Please let us know in advance if you wish to participate.
