UK Delivery
Your order is sent to you directly from Timespan using Royal Mail, so all of your purchases will arrive at once, and should be delivered to your door in 2-5 working days. Delay to deliveries may be caused by bank holidays, strikes and at busy times, such as Christmas. Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may be subject to delays due to Customs checks.
Your delivery will be sent either by Recorded Delivery (up to 1kg) or Special Delivery (1kg and over). Please contact us if your delivery is urgent, to upgrade it from Recorded Delivery to Special Delivery, which is guaranteed for the next day.
For both of these services parcels will have to be signed for, so if no-one is in when it arrives a card will be left for you to arrange collection at your local collection point. You may prefer to have your parcel delivered to another address, such as your place of work, and this option will be given to you at the checkout stage.
UK delivery costs (Zone 1)
The UK comes under Zone 1 in our shipping costs calculator (below). Postage costs have been worked out by weight (so buying more than one item will not necessarily raise the cost of postage) and aim to be as close to cost price of actual post and packaging (P&P) as possible.
International delivery
Your order is sent to you directly from Timespan using Royal Mail, so all of your purchases will arrive at once. International delivery times will vary but it shouldn’t be more than 10 days. Delay to deliveries may be caused by bank holidays, strikes and at busy times, such as Christmas.
Please note that the last date that items will be sent out from Timespan in time for Christmas will be 2nd December for international deliveries.

Returns
If for any reason you wish to discuss or organise the return or exchange of any item you have purchased from Timespoan, please contact us at enquiries@timespan.org.uk or phone us on 01431 821327 (UK office hours only). We will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as this is requested within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
Unless there is a defect in the product or an error has been made by Timespan, you will be responsible for payment of the return delivery charges and please use registered post, as Timespan will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If you feel that there is a fault with the product or an error has been made, please discuss this with us before returning the goods to agree that postage will be refunded.
